This track complements scenes from Season 2 & 3 surrounding the seperated justice system reserved for elites in the Capital. Justice is dispensed by a tribunal in the underground flagellation and 'corrective' chambers of St. Dandy's Cathedral.
Notes- Sound FX:
The 17 measured flagellation 'punishment' strokes rendered upon the body of the State-leader - is audible in the latter part of the track. Esoteric vocal echos - pervade the underground chamber, as the track resolves to a slow fade.
